It is tough to put into words how hard working, relentless, and tenacious Oliver was regarding my home ownership situation. He not only looked at over 100 homes with me over a 7 month timeframe, he put two into contract which fell through for various reasons on the sellers side, but he stuck with me throughout the whole process keeping an honest open mind throughout. He always kept my best interest in mind and didnt go for the low hanging fruit on commission but helped me walk away from a bad deal. Mr. Chapman is a very professional real estate agent. He helped us buy a new home and sell a home, so we got to work with him on both sides. We are a family of 7 (5 kids) and have two special needs kids, so the timing of events needed to be right and the execution was critical. Oliver was recommended to me by a friend of a friend. I contacted him and he seemed to be very upbeat over the phone and we arranged to meet at the property so he could see what he was going to help me sell. He then got figures together and we met again at his office. He went over everything and answered all my questions. The next thing I knew he has someone interested and in about 8 weeks all inspections were completed, required repairs made and we were signing papers. Anytime I would have a question I would text Oliver and he was very prompt at getting back to me; in most instances it would be the same day.
